My group counselling sessions offer a safe, supportive space to talk, listen and connect with others who may be experiencing something similar.

Support doesn't have to happen in a room.
If getting to a group in person isn't practical, my online group offers another way to access connection and therapeutic support.
Join from wherever you feel most comfortable, without having to worry about travelling or being in an unfamiliar environment.
My online sessions give you the opportunity to:
